Internationalization activities

Internationalisation

Internationalisation activities and project-related collaborations

The project has significantly strengthened the internationalisation of this research line through new scientific collaborations with leading universities, technology centres and companies working on the integration of terrestrial and non-terrestrial networks, aerial communications, artificial intelligence applied to mobile networks, digital twins and network optimisation.

These collaborations have resulted in joint publications in leading international journals and conferences, the organisation of international scientific activities, new research projects, and participation in competitive European initiatives.

International workshop

Organisation of an international workshop

We organised “The 1st Workshop on Integration of Terrestrial and Non-terrestrial Networks for Aerial and Ground Wireless Connectivity”, held in Valencia in October 2025 in collaboration with Innotransfer-UPV. The event brought together international researchers and industry representatives to discuss the integration of terrestrial and non-terrestrial networks — a topic directly aligned with the project's objectives.
